According to Wikipedia HAPPINESS is a mental state of well-being characterized by positive or pleasant emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy. Sounds easy in theory, doesn't it?
I decided to write down few things that can make us happier. I hope it helps everybody how are in need of joy or feeling good about themselves.

1. Accept things you are not able to change. Or if you can, do it now!
2. Push away people who are trying to limit you or making you unhappy. If you thought about them right now, you recognize who they are.
3. Listen to your favorite song. Sing along and dance like nobody's watching.
4. Go running! Run until you feel good about yourself. Or until you are so exhausted that your problems seem so tiny.
5. Call someone you love. Hearing loved one's voice makes your day better than it was before.
6. Give a smile to a stranger. It makes both of you smile.
7. Compliment someone!
8. Write down everything you don't like about yourself. Put it on your wall, watch it, take it off and burn it.
9. Watch your favorite movie!
10. Understand that you are your own worst critic. People don't see your flaws like you do. Know, that these are not flaws or imperfections - it is YOU!
